The providers that process personal data on behalf of Cleansig, what they do and where. This list is kept up to date, and customers who have signed our data processing agreement are notified before a new subprocessor is added.
Mistral AI
- Role: text analysis, signal detection, meeting minutes, briefs and the assistant. Submitted content is not used to train its models.

- Role: a server dedicated to Cleansig, running our signal matching model. The statements it compares are not kept.

Recall.ai
- Role: the participant that joins the selected meetings and records their audio, deleted within 72 hours.
- Location: data processed in the European Union (Frankfurt), by a company established in the United States.
- Safeguards: the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

- Role: transcription of meeting audio. Files sent are not retained.
- Location: United States.

- Role: hosting of the application and its database.

- Google, Microsoft, Slack, Jira and AI agents are not our subprocessors: they are services you choose to connect, within the permissions you grant, and they process your data under their own terms.
