Invite Auris to a channel, or tick a meeting. There is no step three.
For product managers, their teams and their AIÂ agents
Our AI agent Auris groups everything that points to the same problem, and only surfaces it once the signal is confirmed. When it's sure, it's right 99 times out of 100.
Invite Auris to a channel, or tick a meeting. There is no step three.
Everything that comes in is read the same way, and keeps the link to its source.
A problem mentioned once stays aside. You hear about it when it settles in.
Cleansig brings the facts â where it came from, how often, since when. You decide.
The problem was never a shortage of feedback. It's spotting what actually has value.
A customer call, a Slack thread, a ticket, a conversation at the end of the day. Every channel keeps part of the story, and piecing it all back together is hard.
One request pushed hard in a review outranks a problem ten people raised calmly, once each. It isn't the most impactful that wins, it's the loudest.
Mentioned three times this week, or twenty times over six months: from memory, the two look alike. Without the trend, the frequency and the spread of channels, every trade-off is made in the dark.
Cleansig listens where things get said, gathers what keeps coming back, and tells you when it weighs enough to decide. The rest waits, quietly.
Auris joins your meetings and reads the channels you open to it. Nothing to copy, nothing to tag: what gets said comes in, with a link back to where it was said.
Mentions describing the same problem group themselves. You see how often, from whom, since when. Ten seconds to call it, or park it and watch.
A signal with enough evidence behind it ships as a ticket, evidence attached. Whoever picks it up knows why it exists, without you explaining it again.
After release, Cleansig keeps listening to that exact problem. Mentions stop, it's fixed. Mentions come back, you know before your next review.
Nothing to configure. Invite Auris to a channel, or tick a meeting. There is no step three.
Connect your calendar in the morning. By evening, today's meetings have their minutes, and what your customers said already counts toward your signals.
Auris reads your calendar and joins your Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls. One click leaves a meeting out. Only the audio is recorded.
Key points, decisions, then every action item with an owner and a deadline, ready to share minutes after the call. Tested on hour-long meetings: 97% of decisions captured, no invented deadline or figure.
What customers say about imports, what deserves your week, a PRD or user stories drafted from a signal. Every answer links back to its sources.
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex read your signals and quotes over MCP. Read-only, one workspace, revocable in one click.
The signal lands in Jira with its quotes, its source count and its trend. Engineering knows why it exists, without another meeting.
Every set of minutes lands as a Google Doc in a Cleansig folder in your Drive, where your team already looks. Cleansig only sees what it files there.
What your customers tell you is confidential. Cleansig is built to keep it that way, and to keep you in control at every step.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your Google, Slack and Jira access is encrypted a second time on top.
Your data never trains an AI model, not ours and not our providers', who commit to it by contract. Our own model was trained without a single piece of customer data. And nothing is ever sold.
Only members of your workspace see what's in it. No one at Cleansig can access it unless you ask.
Our agent Auris joins your meetings under its own name, visible to everyone on the call. Only audio is recorded, and you decide which meetings it's invited to.
Cleansig reads your calendar without ever writing to it, and only sees the minutes it files in your Drive. A connected AI agent can only read.
Delete a meeting, a signal or your account whenever you like, immediately and for good. Google, Slack, Jira or an agent disconnect in one click.

They're good tools, and they answer what you ask them. Cleansig works continuously: it listens to your meetings and channels, recognizes the same problem when it comes back, and tells you when it takes hold. Then, after you ship, it checks the problem is really gone.

On my projects, the hard part was never building, even less so now that specialized AI agents exist. The hard part is deciding what to build, then holding that decision in front of every stakeholder and leadership.
It all starts with listening. You prepare workshops, run discovery in small groups around a few themes, and come out with a pile of scattered sticky notes. The conversation carries on in Slack or Teams. A few days later, in a follow-up with the run team, an operator raises three new problems. Sometimes itâs worse: an end user shows up with the solution already in mind. That noise is exactly what makes decisions so hard.
As PMs, we always end up getting organized: a matrix here, a RICE score there, two or three hypotheses, and thereâs a roadmap. Then comes defending it, and thatâs where you need facts, not instinct. âWhy this problem first?â âThe other one looks more urgent to me, a customer was complaining about it just last week.â Without evidence that traces the topic back to the very first minute, you end up overturning your convictions and weeks of investigation. And you ship solutions that only half solve the problem, sometimes not at all.
I built Cleansig so Iâd walk into those meetings not to convince, but to decide, with the evidence in hand. Every problem is traced back to the very first conversation where someone raised it, and everything pointing the same way attaches to it: a customer call, a Slack thread, a remark in a demo. The day the topic goes into the roadmap, I can defend every line: how long itâs been going on, how many people it touches, and what itâs worth to the business. And after release, I know whether the problem is really gone.
I stopped spending my days convincing people. I went back to deciding.
No. Cleansig runs in your browser. You connect your Google Calendar so Auris can join your meetings, and Slack if you want it to read some channels. Nothing else to set up.

Yes. Our agent Auris joins under the name âAuris · Cleansigâ, visible in the participant list. Informing participants, and getting their consent where the law requires it, is up to you.
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Auris finds the meeting link in your Google Calendar and joins on time. You can also record a meeting from your browser.
Not a one-off comment, not one more request. A signal is the same problem coming back, at different times and through different channels: a customer call, a Slack thread, a document. Cleansig follows it from the first mention to confirmation.
No. It doesn't prioritize your roadmap, doesn't turn everything into tickets and doesn't tell you what to build. It shows you the problem clearly, with its evidence: where it comes from, how often, since when. The decision is yours.
No. A problem mentioned once stays aside. You're only told when it takes hold, and nothing pushes you to act.
No. Your data never trains an AI model, not ours and not our providers', who commit to it by contract. Our own model, Match, was trained without a single piece of customer data. And nothing is ever sold.
