Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask us before they start. Missing a question? Write to us.
Getting started
Do I need to install anything?
No. Cleansig runs in your browser. You connect your Google Calendar so Auris can join your meetings, and Slack if you want it to read some channels. Nothing else to set up.
Is it free to try?
Yes. The free plan includes 4 hours of recorded meetings a month, with no credit card. Cleansig is in private beta: access is by invitation, which you can request from the sign-up page.
How long until my first signal?
A meeting's minutes arrive a few minutes after it ends. A signal takes shape when the same problem comes back: it has to be raised several times, in different meetings or channels. That's deliberate, a problem mentioned once isn't one yet.
Meetings and recording
Do my customers see that we're recording?
Yes. Our agent Auris joins under the name “Auris · Cleansig”, visible in the participant list. Informing participants, and getting their consent where the law requires it, is up to you.
Which video tools does it work with?
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Auris finds the meeting link in your Google Calendar and joins on time. You can also record a meeting from your browser.
Can I choose which meetings are recorded?
Yes. You decide which meetings Auris is invited to, and you can leave one out in a click. A meeting left out is not joined.
Do you record video?
No. Only the audio is captured. No video is recorded.
Signals
What exactly is a signal?
Not a one-off comment, not one more request. A signal is the same problem coming back, at different times and through different channels: a customer call, a Slack thread, a document. Cleansig follows it from the first mention to confirmation.
Does Cleansig decide for me?
No. It doesn't prioritize your roadmap, doesn't turn everything into tickets and doesn't tell you what to build. It shows you the problem clearly, with its evidence: where it comes from, how often, since when. The decision is yours.
Will I be flooded with notifications?
No. A problem mentioned once stays aside. You're only told when it takes hold, and nothing pushes you to act.
How does Cleansig know a problem is fixed?
Once the fix has shipped (the Jira ticket moved to done, or the signal marked as handled), Cleansig keeps listening for that exact problem and compares mentions before and after. It then tells you whether it's fixed, partly fixed, still there, or too early to say.
Our Match model
What is Match?
It is the model Cleansig trained for a single question: do two pieces of feedback describe the same problem? It recognises the problem even when your customers put it in other words, or in another language. It is why a signal gathers everything that belongs to it, and nothing that doesn't.
What does “right 99 times out of 100 when it's sure” mean?
For every comparison, Match knows whether it is sure. When it is, it decides alone, and on our test bench it is then right 99 times out of 100. When it isn't, it doesn't guess: the comparison goes to a second AI model that examines it in detail.
Who gives the second opinion?
A second, slower and more thorough AI model, run by Mistral AI within the European Union. Like all our providers, Mistral AI is contractually committed not to train its models on your content.
What does Match see of my data, and what does it keep?
Only the signal statements it has to compare, never your whole meetings. It runs on a server dedicated to Cleansig, at OVHcloud, in France: it compares the sentences and keeps none of them. And it was trained without a single piece of customer data.
Does Match understand several languages?
It was trained in French and English, and recognises the same problem across the two: feedback from an English-speaking customer joins the signal a French-speaking customer opened.
What if Match is unavailable?
Cleansig then hands every comparison to the second model, as it did before Match. No feedback is lost or filed at random: it is just a little slower.
Tools and AI agents
Which tools does Cleansig work with?
Google Calendar and Google Drive, Slack and Jira. You can also import documents (PDF, Word, text, spreadsheets, screenshots): they're read like everything else.
Can I plug in Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, through Cleansig's MCP server. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex then read your signals and quotes, read-only, on a single workspace, and you can disconnect them in one click.
Security and data
Is my data used to train an AI?
No. Your data never trains an AI model, not ours and not our providers', who commit to it by contract. Our own model, Match, was trained without a single piece of customer data. And nothing is ever sold.
Who can see my meetings?
Only members of your workspace. No one at Cleansig can access them unless you ask, for example so we can help you.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, whenever you like: a meeting, a signal or your whole account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Teams and plans
Can we use it as a team?
Yes, with the Team plan: up to three members, and one workspace per product. Each member connects their own calendar, and Auris never joins the same meeting twice. The Enterprise plan has no limit.
How much does it cost?
Free to start, $29 a month for Pro, $69 for Team, and a custom quote for Enterprise. The details are on the pricing page.
